When you send an enquiry, Silentrac collects the name, company, email address and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry.
When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog to understand which pages and products visitors use and whether they send an enquiry. PostHog uses an anonymous identifier stored in your browser. We do not send the contact form contents to PostHog, and session recording is disabled. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
